What is a OneVisitSmile?
OneVisitSmiles is a service available for the asking, through your dentist.
It provides clinically needed and cosmetically desired restorative dental care in one appointment. It is the most convenient and comfortable way to receive beautiful, lab-quality dental restorations.
Without OneVisitSmiles:
- Your crown (inlay/onlay or veneer) will take two to three weeks to be fabricated at the dental laboratory.
- You will need to wear a temporary (plastic) crown while you wait.
- You will need to schedule another appointment to seat the crown.
- And if the crown is for a front tooth, it may need to go back to the lab for adjustment, either to lighten the shade or to alter the shape and make a better match for your smile.
(Or maybe you didn’t know it could be adjusted; or worse, maybe you thought it was “good enough” because you didn’t want to wait or have to come back again.)
With OneVisitSmiles:
- Your dentist treats your clinical needs as usual.
(Then, instead of fitting you with a plastic temporary crown and sending your case off to the lab:)
- You meet our Certified Chairside Ceramist who will utilize the best dental CAD/CAM technology to fabricate a custom crown in minutes, per your dentist’s instructions.
